ABOUT ABOUT

Tracy Brown will share six practical actions you can take in your life and in your community to be a part of the solution to racial discrimination. This 45-minute session will give you some basic ideas and help you consider different ways to apply each idea in your own life. There will be a workbook you can download after the session to continue your exploration of the topic.

March 21 is the annual United Nations Day for the Elimimation of Racial Discrimination. This online session supports the U.N. vision that each and every one of us can stand up against racial prejudice and intolerant attitudes.

International days designated by the United Nations are "occasions to educate the general public on issues of concern, to mobilize political will and resources to address global problems, and to celebrate and reinforce achievements of humanity." The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is observed annually on the day the police in Sharpeville, South Africa, opened fire and killed 69 people at a peaceful anti-apartheid demonstration in 1960.

Tracy Brown is President of Intentional Inclusion Inc, the founder of Stained Glass Spirit and the the moderator of the popular Facebook Group, What is Mine to Do. For more information visit: www.TracyBrown.com
